Hi Liz,

I have taken various herbal pills before, to try out what effect they

had on breast enlargement. I started to write a long post yesterday

about my experiences, then my computer blipped and it was all gone.

(I hate that!) So I need to write it again.

Basically what I wanted to caution about is that autoimmune diseases

have a hormone component to them. That is, estrogen dominance can

exacerbate autoimmune disease symptoms. Herbal pills work primarily

by increasing phytoestrogens from plant sources, so you do want to

watch for signs of increasing autoimmune flares or symptoms.

They could also somehow balance things out, as some women experience

better moods on the various pills.

I took the natural, organic (wildcrafted) herbs singly, rather than

pay high bucks for a " proprietary blend. " I did have evidence of the

estrogenic effects, with increased tingling and soreness in my breasts.

You have to committ to taking them a long time to see if they work or

not. I was taking so many pills that I eventually got sick and tired

of it, and I wasn't so sure that it was the right thing for me to do

when I tested positive for Hashimoto's autoimmune thyroid disease.

Estrogen has a suppressive effect on the thyroid, and I didn't want to

mess with that. Progesterone has a supportive effect on thyroid

funtion, so I went that route instead.

I wanted to write more, but we are headed out to a social engagement.

I wish the best for you. I understand the feelings we have about our

appearance, and I wish something would work. But most important is

taking care of your health, so be cautious.

Hugs,

Patty

Hi Liz,

I took one as well and it messed with my hormones and caused all kinds of problems. They may well increase bust size but it may not be worth the hormonal issues it can create.

Dearest Liz:

Please ask your doctor before you go on any medication. I'm not sure what your story is, but some of these drugs might make you sick. I'm no expert in holistic medicine, but be careful.

Sending you love...Lea
