Guest guest
Kenda, What I've observed is that, if a woman gets worse after explant, the chances are high that she had a extracapsular rupture (especially gel) or a spill during explant. There are times a rupture cannot be avoided, even by an excellent surgeon . . . The capsule may already be compromised, or the capsule attached to tissue in such a way it cannot be removed intact. It's promising that the level of silicone passed in urine peaks at explant . . . i.e. silicone can leave the body! . . . The question is, How much damage is already done?
