Guest guest
Hi Tae Bo Friends, It was another great day on the health side of things. Today was workout #13 after 19 nights! I did Tae Bo Basic Series - Volume 4. A good workout, but not too tough. I gave myself a B+. Good workout, but I sure would like to know why the moves are so much more challenging for me now than when I started 2.5 weeks ago. Knee raises for example...I feel every one, not a bad pain, just a sore pain in my thigh. I guess that is expected when doing Tae Bo regularly. my form of course continues to improve...feels great...I love Tae Bo!!! Eating was pretty good. I think it has been almost three weeks since I've had ice cream at home. I did have a little ice cream a couple times when I ate at a restaurant, but I have not had any at home for almost three weeks! And ice cream is my favorite " bad " food. haha. When I go on a holiday and I am walking in a city I always have my eyes open for interesting ice cream shops. I want to find some soy frozen desserts. Still wouldn't be good to eat daily or anything, but fun to have a couple times a week. I don't know if I can find any though. Would also be good because although I'm a lacto-ovo vegetarian (I can eat products with dairy & eggs) I prefer to limit my intake of both because I feel bad for the animals who serve as slaves. Well, another GREAT day with Tae Bo a part of my life. Can it get any better? Best wishes all, The Everyday Speedy Angel " ...losing is not always a disaster.
