Urine enemas and oral urine therapy, meridian balancing, liquid high

count probiotics, candida

diet, lauricidin, Molybdenum (for die off reactions), adaptogenic herbs.

Other stuff too but it's

been too many years to recall all of it. Initially my whole family got

ill from a series of moldy

houses, the immune suppression caused dysbiosis.

You can read a full account on my Urine Therapy list, it is in the first

week of messages for the

list and also discussed from time to time so an archive search will

bring up more info.

groups.yahoo.com/group/Urine_Therapy

I was sick for 7 years and tried everything else so not wanting to die

UT seemed worth a shot.

It took me a year before I tried it. I knew some people on an MCS list

said it worked for them,

likely because their MCS was due to leaky gut. Mine was at least for the

most part.

I was down to eating chicken and rice and was getting sensitive to that.

Desperate times

call for desperate measures. I am very glad I know about UT, but I don't

use it much now.

There are too many other supplements to play with and working at

holistic pharmacy now

I get a hefty discount on all the top professional lines.

I know a lady who was sick from mold in her house and did not know it.

Her husband was not affected at all, but it nearly killed her before he

figured it out. He spent $5k out of pocket beyond what his insurance

paid over two years. She was so weak that he would carry her to bed at

night. She is well now. They tore down and removed an old house

trailer that was still graftet to their current house and that was the

end of the problem. I guess the roof of that old house trailer was

leaky and they did not know it.

Water condenses on the inside walls of metal building, including trailers

and mold grows unseen. It can grow in walls, in insulation, back side

of sheet rock, all unseen. I have also seen it grow on the glass windows

in Seattle and am told that stuffed furniture such as futons may be

harboring

mold in very damp climates like Olympia, WA. Stuffed furniture, stuffed

toys, and behind wall paper (the paste feeds it) are all sources. And your

HAVA vents or AC coils, where dust accumulates will grow mold, it only

takes 25% humidity for some molds.

Very hard to find or test for in many situations. I was living in a

house that

had a dirt floor in an unfinished basement. The heater was down there

and drawing air from that space. When the moisture level in the soil

would rise we were bombarded with fumes. It is the VOCs that make

you sick in many instances, not just the spores causing pneumonitis.

VOCs from mold are carcinogenic, immune suppressing and can

cause chronic fatigue, brain fog, irritability and brain damage as in

the Ballard Case, Dripping Springs, TX. He was an investment banker

and will never work again.

Mold sniffing dogs are an excellent detection method.

This is depressing news. I live in a trailer and I would hope it is new enough

that I don't have old mold issues. I have a neighbor with mold actually growing

on her " window sills " and she sprays it with bleach all the time to no avail, so

I told her it is probably in her walls! I do not have that problem yet. Her

trailer is older and has metal siding. Mine, I am sure, is made of metal, but

the siding is vinyl. This was a bad year for mold growth, tho. It has rained

almost every single day since spring. I never saw so much rain as I have this

year! It rained last night and then rained again mid morning. It has rained in

this latest stretch since last Thursday. I've got mold now on my siding because

we have not had enough sun the keep the siding dry. Most all of my trailer gets

full sun but it hasn't this year.

I've got a jet sprayer I can use, but I am afraid I will make the problem worse

with the spray getting under the vinyl siding because my trailer sits 4 feet off

the ground so I would have to spray upward. I really don't know what to do.

Drying out the air and keeping it moving is key to preventing mold.

You would want to elevate yourself (ladder, scafold, etc) if you do decide to

spray your siding. As you guessed, spraying upwards can definitely cause water

to get behind your siding and potentially make your problem worse.

What would be beneficial is to maintain low humidity inside at all times

and use Kool Seal on your trailer roof. The low humidity can be

maintained with a central air conditioning system and a dehumidifier for

warm weather and by simply having forced air heat in winter weather.

The Kool Seal comes in 5 gal cans, and looks like silver or aluminum

colored paint. You simply paint the roof with it, paying strict

attention to seams. ___Water will enter thru the seams in the metal of

the roof._ Caulking around window openings is recommended too if they

look leaky. I would recommend Sonneborne NP1 Sonolastic caulk. The

best product of it's kind I know of. I keep several tubes on hand for

whatever comes up and even once patched a water filled tractor tire

successfully with it.

I do know that I can't spray upward because that will put water under the

siding. This is why I have waited and pondered what to do. I just remembered

that I do think there is a ladder under my trailer...just how to get it out is

gonna be a challenge. The man who lived here before was a junk man and he never

threw anything out. He cleaned out peoples garages and back yards just for fun

and put it all under the trailer! I hauled quite a bit from under there last

year, which was quite a job because there was no room for even me under there

when I started. It didn't matter where I pulled skirting off. It was PACKED

under there (He told me it keeps it warmer under there with all that under

there.) That ladder is long and I know it won't be easy to get at yet. I also

have to wonder if I can manage a full jet sprayer and climb up a ladder, too.

I would really love if I could use my truck, but I'd need to get someone to

first cut a big branch from a maple tree and then maybe I could squeeze my truck

between the tree and the porch and then I could stand on the tail gate and

manage that. My truck has a cap, but it is aluminum and I don't think it can

take my weight and the sprayer, too. That would be most ideal if I could use it

to raise up.

I wish we'd had this talk earlier in the summer so that I would have had more

warm weather to work with. Will caulk dry if we're rainy and damp and chilly now

that summer is over? I went outside and took a look at my windows and they could

use some touchup. They are framed with window plastic and J-Channel to to trim

off the siding that is protecting the house. The plastic is cracking and the old

caulk on the J=channel is cracking, too.

I made some phone calls and found one store with Senneborne NP1 and NP10. Is

there a difference I should be aware of, or should I just get the NP1?

My roof is shingles, not metal. Though it is 15 years

old........................................and I don't want to think about it.

Not familiar with NP 10. I would pay strict attention to the window and

door headers as they are most likely entry points for water. Sounds like

the roof is no problem at this time. Wear rubber throwaway gloves to

use NP 1. It takes lacquer thinner to remove it and at that, only while

it is still wet. Lay a medium bead down, then run your finger thru it

to pack it in and seal the edges down well.
