Guest guest Posted January 21, 2011 Report Share Posted January 21, 2011 I've also been on Actemra since April of 2010. At that time I was also on 22 mg MTX a week and 35 mg of prednisone a day. I am now down to 15 mg of prednisone. I'm feeling pretty good...still have a lot of pain, but that could be due to reducing the prednisone. Have not had any major flares since starting the Actemra...so I consider it a success so far.
