Guest guest
I do not post much but read alot. I have Chiari II with hydrocephalus. I have had a double mastectomy from High Grade Breast Cancer. I have had two decompressions with laminectomies (1991 & 2000). I have a VP shunt (1991). My symptoms are constant head pain, balance problems, pain in neck and shoulders, double vision, back pain. I am disabled since 2007. My last MRI showed " narrowing of the cerebral aqueduct, no flow seen through the cerebral aqueduct or within the fourth ventricle or foramen of magendie " . It states that " T2 hypointense lesion within left cerebellum " . And a " copated right ventricle " . The nuero I just saw said that everthing is okay. That there is nothing more to be done. To continue to take pain medicine for the rest of my life. What is your opinion? I know you guys are not doctors but I value your opinions. Thanks everyone, Debi
