The reason I laughed is my mom loves pancakes and her maple syrup and I do mean real maple syrup as its some thing when we were all at home she could not afford well any way when she now has it ( she now uses it with frozen waffles hey she is 83 and lives alone so she dose not cook much any more) she forgets to add protein to her meal and yup shortly after she gets the shakes and all from a low blood sugar attack as she crashes from the sugar high.. Just shows the sugar part is only a fast fix and only that were the protein is the real deal as its long acting and a slow let down not a crash like sugar. I tell her she is a druggy and her drug of chouse is sugar the more she has the more she wants so that she dose not crash LOL just got to love it when ya can give your mom heck as for years she dished it out to me and still dose when ever she can so thanks for the laugh and memory.
