I did but stopped when i was pregnant ( not sure why).

After the baby, I

switched to b12 sublingual. I just posted something about tingling in arms in

legs and possible b12 deficiency connection, so i will have a blood draw in two

weeks and let you know what dr says.

I will say when I took the shots it was very easy to keep weight off.although i

was nervous giving myself shots (did not want to hit the sciatic nerve), it

really had a small benefit.

I like webmd. You could check symptoms there. I agree that are all similar but

all different as well.my chiari I is acquired.

thanks!!! My last b12 test results were less than 0.01 and it needs to be

between 208 and 964 so I didnt even register on the test as that is as low as it

goes.

I can personally agree if your body is not absorbing the vital nutrients and

vitamins to work on a efficient level; so many things go out of wack!

Keep you eye on your levels And you will notice how much more energy you might

have z.

I went through every means possabal to get my body to absorb Vit D to hold the

screws in my neck. Finally my girlfriend said try Body Logic, MD. In one mine we

got my Vit D level up 20 points from 4!!!!!

While going through a divorce I have to prove it was not age prevention therapy

and actually holistic hormonal therapy to get my bodies level back on A

functioning level to help myself. With being being off the the hormal

replacement for two months, my Vit D dropped 25 points. So I can only emgine

what it does to everthing else!

Now trust me when I say, I tried everything else before the holistic hormamal

replacement and nothing worked for me personally.
