Guest guest
I've been reading all the post for the past couple of days and my heart goes out to those that don't have the support that I do. I am very fortunate to have a very loving boyfriend and family that understands and have understood from the beginning. I think I am the one who has the hardest time understanding how I can look so normal and yet have this silent painful thing living inside me. I've heard several people talk about a Chiari Pillow. Where can I get a Chiari Pillow? My boyfriends mother bought me a pillow that is kind of soft like a tempurpedic bed(if that makes sense). It works sometimes but there are times when I just cannot get my neck to feel comfortable anywhere and heaven forbid if I was to use a normal pillow. I had my decompression surgery 9/27/07 and I feel like I have gone down hill ever since. I finally got my disability insurance this year so I am able to go to the doctors who have told me that there is nothing they can do for me. My next step is to contact the Chiari Center in New York to see if I can get in to see a Dr. up there. I know that there is something wrong, I have too much pressure in my head, my who left side hurts and is very weak, I have dizzy spells, nausea and everything else I was having before my surgery only doubled. So enough about me, I was just wondering where to find this Chiari Pillow that everyone is talking about. I pray that one day they will find a way for all of us to be pain free.
