AG - did Roby say more E stops lining growth? Re: Coments to Val/which P to use?

Its when you get to be my age and use exogenous E. I have to either take P every day or use it in cycles. Obviously, given I've had hyperplasia, a "no P" protocol would not work for me.I think there was someone on this list at some previous time who used Estrasorb and didn't get good results with it. I just can't remember.I think the Vivelle dot is perfectly fine if it works for you. In my last E gel order, I got some patches. As soon as I get an E test to see where I am, I'm going to try the patches and see how they do for me. I kinda' get tired of smearing the gel on every morning. A patch would be easier. I don't want to use oral E.I'm in Colorado. The only person in N California that I know is my daughter and I wish she wasn't there...
