Guest guest
AG said that Roby uses so much E it stops the lining from growing. ? AG is that what he said? LaurelI guess I'm not understanding your question, Laurel. I would think the more E you use, the more the endometrial proliferation. What do you mean by "Dr. Roby said something about pushing it further to stop it?" I got hyperplasia on 1.5 mg Estrogel. The highest estradiol test I ever got was 61. I'm now on 2.25 mg of Estrogel but haven't had that tested. Val-----Original Message-----From: rhythmicliving [mailto:rhythmicliving ]On Behalf Of LaurelShe liked to use 2.5mg of oral E and the mirena if I recall. And growth hormone. And for me the oral was a huge disappointment. If you used lots of E would you still create a lining? Dr. Roby said something about pushing it further to stop it. ?LaurelGillespie says no P is needed if you're still having periods. The purpose of P is to either prevent any build up or to cause a bleed when there is a built up. One woman who used to be on this list uses a Mirena IUD and has no build-up with it. Its when you get to be my age and use exogenous E. I have to either take P every day or use it in cycles. Obviously, given I've had hyperplasia, a "no P" protocol would not work for me.I think there was someone on this list at some previous time who used Estrasorb and didn't get good results with it. I just can't remember.I think the Vivelle dot is perfectly fine if it works for you. In my last E gel order, I got some patches. As soon as I get an E test to see where I am, I'm going to try the patches and see how they do for me. I kinda' get tired of smearing the gel on every morning. A patch would be easier. I don't want to use oral E.I'm in Colorado. The only person in N California that I know is my daughter and I wish she wasn't there...
