Basilar Impression & Chiari - Need a doc for a 6 yr old child

Besides Dr. Menezes who else are the best docs for treating Basilar Impression

along with Chiari.  We like Dr. Menezes, just wondering who else is out there. 

Really worried about the Basiliar Impression.  Chiari is at 21.5 mm and along

with the BI, however the child is actually doing very well (no issues besides

some mild central apnea - which was not even  apparent on recent sleep study) 

We are now waiting on a 3D MRI of the second and third vertebraes to see how bad

things are. 

 

As a mommy, this is hard. I thank everyone in advance.
