I am doing olive oil estradiol daily - apply it when I remember, and it probably amounts to around 6 or 8 mgs/ day.

I am also using olive oil progesterone under the tongue two weeks out of the month - 50 mgs.

I am getting a period every month now doing it this way. The bleed is not heavy but enough to shed build up.

I take 7 Keto DHEA, 25 mgs./day, and 1 1/2 grains of Naturthroid.

Tender breasts are still there, even though I apply Iosol daily to them, and am doing Iodoral, 12.5 mgs/ day. I am hesitant to increase that because I don't want to initiate any kind of detox reaction.

Does the Iosol create any irritation to your breast tissues? I'm finding that

longer term use of Lugol's painted on my breasts is and i'm not sure what

to do about it.
