Live Basic Series - Volume 1 Get Ripped - Basic - Purple (the first Tae Bo workout I ever did in Feb. 2001) " ...losing is not always a disaster. But Basic Live was the most fun. Favorite tape(s) I know I've asked this before..but can we list our favorite tape (s) again. I just love to hear which one everyone likes and why. Basic Live 10 the music and the exercises just always motivate me. I know I'm weird but I like the workouts with floor work. Guest guest
Hi there, My favourite taebo tapes would have to be BL7 and AL8, they are the ones that are mostly used in my collection. I have been getting motivated lately since being on leave from work, unfortunately I am back at work on Monday (sigh) but I will try my best to log on and check the messages. Happy birthday to those birthdays in January. I wish everyone good luck for 2003 I hope it is a good year for all. Love Michxxx

That's cool that it's available there. I believe it's the original mix (next to last one). The first one is a re-mix. Yes, those clubs can be addicting. YAY!!!!!!! I did that one a few weeks back. I'm redoing my workout list. This time, I'm going to be honest with myself. One I fill out the list (except for Abs and Glutes, AL5, Ultimate Abs and Ultimate Butt--for the challenge), I'm not supposed to do it again, until all boxes in each column is filled out. I have a habit of doing my favorites 8 million times. Since I'm redoing my index cards, it shouldn't be too much of a problem. But once that's done...well ya know!!!!!! Sandie, Tae and Bo )!!!!!!!!!
