I just started taking it and am still only taking 15g for this week then will work up from there. Since I started it a few days ago, I have had a headache each day. I'm not sure if it is from the Armour per se because it seems to be more in the area of my sinuses, however, I'm also not sure that it's not from a blood pressure increase. Has anyone else had anything similar to this? I hate to stop taking it if it's not from the medication. I have not noticed any other " new " things, but also have not noticed any " dramatic " changes in my overall health picture either since I started taking it.
