I have an enlarged heart and recurring episodes of pericarditis and effusions

too. The doctors could not find any common causes and assumed it must be caused

from the Still's. I would also be interested to know if there are tests to prove

it is Still's related.

From what my doctors over 3 years have told me there is no firm single test that

tells them you have Stills. My Doctors had me take every x-ray and test know to

man to rule out other conditions. After a week or so while I was in the hospital

they said I for certin have stills.
