Hello everyone, I am new here.

I read an ACT book and start to practice 2 weeks ago...

already got some improvement and need more

My main things is waste time. I waste a lot time doing nothing( when I doing

nothing, my mind did a lot useless thing), some time I obsess with News and

spend long time to read that.

If I list my time, how many times I really put in use, that would be scare of

me, I dare not look at that. ( Is it helpful to put those in writing? I waste so

many that I dare not record this)

I am doing freelance work therefore I got a lot of free time, and want to change

career for long, and just start to put effect last week.
