SUPER post, nne! And again, I am anxious to know

the mg/day dose amount of E that you have arrived at,

for you.

Also, again referring to the PEAR thing....did you

have to go from the postmenopausal apple to the

renewed estradiol-leveled APPLE...and if so, how long

did that take you to accomplish. Did you diet and

exercise along the way?

Another question regarding the thyroid: why did you

decide to not take in morning, but later instead?

My new endocrinologist was absolutely adament that it

had to be taken at least 30 minutes prior to ANY meal,

or it would be " contra-indicated " by the food.

Your answer will be interesting - did you arrive at

that conclusion on your own, or was that doc Rxed??
