Guest guest Posted December 18, 2002 Report Share Posted December 18, 2002 hey i know that it isnt brag day but i havent been able to brag about anything for so long.. and i need to tell somone ... anyway i got on the scale today and i have lost 4 pounds!! wow!! this is the first time that my weight has dropped since, like, 10 months ago, despite regular workouts! i have changed my workout schedule, still doing taebo but also added strength training and pilates to my rotation. also i have been working hard on eating properly and finally it has all sunk into my head that i cant expect to lose fat while i eat so much junk. i also eat alot smaller portions. oh i am so happy that im finally getting my act together... it took me a long time to come to grips with a lifestyle change but i think that ive finally accepted it. also my mom visited last week and told me that i look a bit smaller... all my mom ever tells me is that i look heavy so i was a bit shocked when she said what she did. if my mom says that i look smaller, then it really must be true!
