Guest guest
Hi , thanks for your reply. I am planning on talking with my sister today so we'll see how the anti-emetic (anti nausea med) is working for her nausea and vomiting. I did tell her about the injection form so she's aware of that option. She had started losing some hair for a while before she started the methotrexate as just another of her symptoms, but obviously the methotrexate ain't helpin'! He increased her folic acid again to try to counteract that side effect. Oh well. We'll see how it goes. Thanks! Aubrey <when my rheumy started me on the MTX i had terrible nausea. he switched me to the injectable form and that pretty much fixed the nausea. i also lost a lot of hair during the first few months (luckly i <had really thick hair to start with). the hair loss has pretty much leveled out now, however my hair is literally half as thick as it once was. <blessings, <elizabeth
