Guest guest
I have been taking daily walks for about 3 weeks now and my headaches have increased. They feel like ICP headaches, pre-surgery -- hurt in the back and behind the eyes. Becuase I am a migraineur, they always, turn into a migraine. Luckily, Imitrex works but it takes 2-4 hours to work, that's a lotta pain until it kicks in. What do you do for cardio and how do you keep from getting ICP headaches or pain afterward? i have considered traction. has anyone tried the new devices I have seen advertised, that is a neck brace with an air bulb inflator? It's a decent price, just wondering if it gives enough traction for relief. Do you think traction would prevent the headaches after cardio? I don't have a headache specialist where I live currently, would probably have to travel to see him again. Might do that anyway.
