Methotrexate, and pregnancy don't mix, but some of the new biologics are not as toxic as MTX. Tom, if you're reading this chime in. I wouldn't want anyone to get misinformation. The doctor would be the one to tell you the best drugs to take or not to take and how long to be off them before hand . also most normally send there people to a high risk OB for the pregnancy and delivery. just an FYI with the congrats as so many of the drugs we take can be very bad on the developing baby.
