Guest guest
Well I did the instructional and the 20m and does this stuff really work? Yes I had to modify some moves but it seemed to easy to actually do something you know? Anyone got any experience on this stuff? I plan to do it maybe 3 times a week in the morning, still doing my TaeBo Advanced workouts 5-6 days a week. I will definitely be looking to buy some abs and glutes workouts from , near the end of the week. I've got to watch the spending, between a vacation in October, the bonus I was expecting to pay off said vacation and Christmas I've maxed myself on the CC, now I have to spend the next few months paying it off. But I will spend a bit on , afterall I'm worth it
Guest guest
hi trish - ya know, after doing billys abs & glutes alot, i did find my winsor pilates basics tape and the winsor abs and thigh toning workouts to be kind of easy. however, after i did the pilates workouts more and more i found them to be a bit tougher. i started to really get the breathing down and concentrating on form and just like tae-bo, that makes them more challenging. yes, i do think that im seeing results from doing a bit of pilates... i really feel my abs afterward and my thighs feel a bit slimmer.. i also find that pilates gives a good stretch and is relaxing... a nice cooldown after a hyper tae-bo workout... and i do like pilates more than yoga. i really like pilates because some of the moves are different from anything else ive done and different is good! i havent done the 20 min winsor workout but would like to some day. however, come mid january, i am actually im cutting down on my pilates in favour of athletic stretching so i wont get to it right away but sometime down the road. *~*~*~*~* Carolyn in ONT Canada RE: > Well I did the instructional and the 20m and does this stuff > really work?
