My computer went on the blink just before Christmas but luckily I got a brand new Laptop as a Christmas present. I am just getting around to opening and setting it up. It is a lot of computer for me with way too many bells and whistles. I hope everyone made it through the holidays under the circumstances we are all in. It was tough, but I survived. My Mother took a bad turn a few days before Christmas from not sleeping and worrying but she is doing a little better now. I had to go down and cook down there and stay with her and had everyone come in shifts...quietly and peacefully. I wish you all peace and hope for 2007. Guest guest
Wow! A new laptop sounds great. I couldn't work one, but it sounds like you are getting a handle on it. We did lose some people over Christmas and Christmas eve. There were enough I don't have them at my finger tips. Sara was one, Kath in Canada lost her Mom, and it might be her in SC. So you might want to scan the messages for that info. Glad you are back and wishing you a Happy New Year also. Peace. Hope your Mom is doing better. Hugs, Donna R Caregave for Mom (after I brought her from WI to MI) for 3 years and 4th year in a nh. She was almost 89 when she died in '02. No dx other than mine. I'm back after Computer Problems!!! Guest guest
Hi Donna, Happy New Year to you too. Yes, the computer is really nice but it's like another job trying to learn how to use it. :-) I am attempting to go through the 500+ posts that I missed...so sorry to hear how tough the Christmas season was.
