April's father passed away

I'm sure many of you remember April, who posted frequently about her

FIL who was initially DX'd with LBD and then later PSP (though it

seems to many on a PSP list that he has AD as well as an Atypical

Parkinsonism disorder).... And you remember that her father had some

medical problems a few months back, and many on this list thought her

father might have Vasc Dementia.... Well, she posted the following

to a PSP list today (12/31):

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to let you all know that my dad passed away this morning

at the age of 82. He did not have PSP (my FIL does), but he suffered

a devastating stroke about a week ago and wasn't able to recover from

it. My brother said he passed away peacefully, which is such a

blessing to me. I ask that you will keep my family and I in your

prayers during this difficult time.

Though she is still a member of this list, I don't think she follows

the posts anymore. I would suggest that you send her an email

directly if you want to reach her. You can send her an email by

finding her entry on the " Members " list (search for " aswest " ) and

then clicking on " send message. "
