It will be interesting to hear about a single drawbackwith the gel...and that would be as to whether it goesin too fast, or needs to be applied several times overthe day to keep levels "slow and even" in delivery tomimick our our natural pre-menopausal hormonaldelivery. Also would like to hear about drying times,as the alcohol would have speeded that up, presumably. And, of course....where is she getting this...I wouldimagine from her compounding pharmacist.

The non-alcohol gel is from WIP. From what I know it does take longer to dry, but she had ordered the 1mg per gm dose, so she had to use a whole scoop for each mg. BUT if you got the 4 mg. per scoop, would be fine. As far as entry, said she felt GOOD. I'm not sure about how long it lasts, but she doesn't use as much E as me anyway:))

...............I talked to my friend today who has started using the non-a base and likes it. She was amazed she could feel it, sure she will give full report soon, will do blood work soon too, BUT this is the first time I heard her say, now I see what you mean about NO PAIN :)) . She finally knows what I been Xcited bout with EEEEEEEEEE:))) . She said it is a little watery, meant to be a vaginal gel, so it is scoopable, but getting the 4mgs. per gm. dose would be good so you could use less of it. So 1/2 a scoop would be your 2mg. dose, or 1/4 1mg. She said she's getting the 60ml size next time........think this sounds like a keeper for her????

ZZOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWIIIIEEEEE!!

This sounds like a keeper for me too, in that the

non-alcohol gel can also be used for vaginal, ie,

incontinence application, for possible hair-loss

issues/local application, as Val and I were

discussing, and, as well, transdermally for systemic

effects.

It will be interesting to hear about a single drawback

And, of course....where is she getting this...I would

imagine from her compounding pharmacist.

Thanks! I have this sense we are ALL getting closer

to Estrogen Nirvana!! :):)

I found out that Belmar can also easily do such a gel,

upon request. It would be interesting to be able to

compare results between

CC non-A gel @ 4mg/1gm

and

EstroGel A-gel @ .75mg/1.25gm

Now, the hard part. How in the hell to get this

prescribed by a conventional doctor.

I've gotta get this solid under my belt BEFORE I ask

the doc to re-RX. I have found that when I ask too

many things too often of a doc...they go into a total

melt-down. (Probably depletes her E level!!)

Still workin' on it.....Carolyn
