Friends,

I've told you about this cyst on my spine, T3-T5. I won't go into why I won't

allow bloodtests unless someone asks me personally, but right now I am looking

for what can be done without having that done. I read on NINDS that there are

some new minimally invasive procedures to excise spinal cysts. Does anyone here

have any information on this that I can take to my neurosurgeon when I get to

see him again?

I am in a LOT of pain every time the weather acts up, which is constant lately.

I'm hoping some of my friends here can help me out.

Dear Lillian,

Chiari & Syringomyelia patients are always recommended to be seen by a

neurosurgeon with significant experience diagnosing & treating patients. I

personally have not heard of a minimally invasive surgeons that have significant

experience working up CM & SM patients.

Best wishes,

Barbara
