Cervical Spina Bifida Occulta and Empty Sella

Hi All

I was at the neurosurgeon yesterday and he diagnosed Empty Sella and

cervical spina bifida occulta which are both new for me (I'm a trifecta,

btw). I understand the empty sella can be part of the progression with

high pressures, and I'm definitely showing pituitary signs, but I can't

find great information on the cervical SBO.

If anyone has insight they'd like to share, I would really appreciate it.
