my pharmacist told me differently. Told me not to take any calcium

with the hormones and in fact if you read Dr. Lee's book he says that

women who took tums or any acid meds have their hormones not get better

and wound up getting osteoporisis because the combination was stopping

the hormones from working.

So I do think there is something to this. In fact I plan on reducing my

tums a lot now and see if I can do without them.
