Guest guest Posted January 2, 2011 Report Share Posted January 2, 2011 Just wanted to let you all know I am going to my attorney on Monday at 11:00 had my daughter since DEC 25 til Jan 3 her dad hardly talked to her on her cell phone well we stopped at the house on Thursday Dec 30Th cause she had to go to the bathroom well I went in and checked out his garbage to see if I found any alcohol well guess what I found vodka bottle and beer cans before I took them out of the garbage I took pictures and had my daughter come down and see them so she could be my witness and I grab them in the bag and took them to my mom's house and showed her I am taking them to my lawyer she can even run finger prints on them his will be on them. I also tryed to take a picture of his water bottles that he hide under the sink with his vodka in but the picture did not come out at all but my daughter seen them also my lawyer better do something now cause I am not sending my daughter home to a drunk they can put me in jail it would be worth it cause I know she is safe right now. thanks you all for writing and telling me what I need to do but I hope this is what I need to do right now hope it's enough.
