It does. I think I get more " tired " than when I do Tae Bo, but I feel Tae Bo is a better workout. It is just kinda embarassing saying that Table Tennis is my workout, when table tennis sounds so boring. But I really get into it and I think it is a workout. I'm still hoping that I'll feel rested later and at 11 I can do Tae Bo or something, but I just have to see how it feels at the time. Guest guest
There is no sense doing both especially if you are as tired as you post about. Doing a workout while tired and no energy will give you bad form and more chances at injury. If you want to play table tennis right now I say do it...it is exercise - just don't forget about Tae Bo, come back to it when things lighten up with TT. Trish Tired Hi Tae Bo Friends, I have been tiring myself out with table tennis. I don't know what to do. I'm just exhausted after playing another couple hours right now. I'm worried I'll feel too tired to do Tae Bo tonight. The people I play against are pretty good and I have to run all over the place in attempt to get their balls back. :-( Gets me out of breath. haha. I need advice....I love playing table tennis and with the holidays more people are around to play, but I wear myself out and then I can't workout. Of course, if I magically feel refreshed later I will go for Tae Bo without question! The Everyday Speedy Angel " ...losing is not always a disaster.
