Guest guest
Oh, , I'm so glad you're feeling better!! ) I use a cold, wet cloth a lot in the summer. Would that help at all as well as a cold pack?? Hugs, Challis hi all. just wanted to say the IV steriods seem to have helped. My pain is not gone but is tolerable now. I can at least work a full day now. the burning sensation is still there too but not as bad. I go back to my neuro next week and I guess will see what he has to say. has anyone ever tried to put cold packs on for the burning? I found a cold pack helps my back. last night at the store I found a cold pack for kids and fevers that sticks directly to the skin. I'm going to try it today at work and see how well (if at all) it works. hope everyone has a wonderful day. monica

Guest guest
I needed something that I could wear at work. I put this one on - on wed and it helped a little but did not stay cold like it says it would. the box said 6 hours NOT. more like maybe 2. but it helped a little and I could have taken it off and put it in the fridge at work and then put it back on I guess. thanks > Oh, , I'm so glad you're feeling better!! ) > > I use a cold, wet cloth a lot in the summer.
