Is this a sign that you need to > increase your dosage? YES!! Definitely. Remember: when you introduce thyroid hormones to your system (especially when it has all of them like Armour), it sends a message to your pituitary, and your pituitary tells your thyroid to decrease it's own production (which is already limited!) SO if the Armour you are taking is not enough to compensate for the further lowered production by your thryoid, YES, you WILL feel worse. It's time to increase. But don't think that what you increase to will be enough. It might get you over the hump, but it still might not be your optimal. That you have to discover!! Janie p.s. And you are NEVER pestering. Always feel free to ask, ask.
Guest guest
ah ha!! Yes, and No. It is common that if you are underdosed, you will feel worse. The is also a situation where her adrenals might need to be tested. If her adrenals are diseased, some can feel worse on thyroid.
