Guest guest
I developed chronic migraines after a head injury. I have them about 27 days a month they are no fun. I often have tension in my neck before a migraine. I have found using my TENS unit on my neck and the voltaren gel on my neck & head helps keep the headache part of the migraine more tolerable. I also use ice on my head and heat on my neck. Any questions ask, I'm not shy. Take care of you, you're important to me. Found a site for chronic migraines. I personally STILL would get migraines almost, if not, daily even though I've been decompressed. Thought someone might benefit from this link. http://www.mychronicmigraine.com/treatment-options/ Lillian SantanaSan , Texas Life is not about waiting for the storms to pass...it's about learning how to Dance in the Rain.
