When you hit respond the entire message that you are

responding to is attached to the bottom of your message that you are sending

The reasons? It's against the Forum Rules to begin with, secondly it adds a

lot of paperwork to the Digest, which because you don't get, you don't see,

adds an awful lot of paperwork to read and go through. People get the Digest

because they don't have the time to read all of the extra messages that are

attached. I reset my e-mail to show you what it should look like at the

maximum.

I also think that you answered your own question when you said that you have

a lot on your plate and don't have time! No one else has time to read all

the extraneous material either. If you scroll down you will see that the

other message IS attached to the one you are sending out.

Please just try to trim the extra materials off of your messages before you

send them. It will help us very much? Thank You,

I am trying to trim as I go. Sometimes I forget I have a lot on my plate and

worrying about trimming messages when I am trying to write a quick response

I

forget.
