Guest guest
My doctor suggested visiting a tanning bed (using sunscreen). Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) is common in areas where there's little sunlight in the winter. And if I'm not mistaken, it involves the same brain chemicals as fibro. I always tend to ache more in the winter. Don't know if it's just the colder temps or a combination of temps and less sun. In the summer I'm outside more working in the flowers or just sitting in a chair reading. Marilyn
