Depokate (Epilim) and Sulfasalazine

I am on depokate (Epilim in the UK) for my bipolar and have started taken it

gain the other week after a break (I wasn't on the Sulfasalazine before I took

it) and had the worst nusea and vomiting ever. I was being sick upto 4 times a

day. Totally lost my appetite and felt continuously nauseous. I was even

started on anti-emetic but that didn't stop me being violently sick. I spoke to

a duty gp a couple of times and the last one told me to stop taking the depokate

and within 12 hours I had no nausea had a ravenous appetite and wasn't sick at

all. Has anybody been on this combination of medication and had the same

reaction. If you haven't be warned. I had an awful 10 days and don't wnt to

repeat that again. I have a blood test next week and am quite apprehensive to

see if it has effected my liver or kidneys.
