Guest guest
Hello to all. I haven't posted in a long time. But I've been reading recently about many churches throughout the country who are holding " Blue Christmas Services " for those who are dealing with heartbreak and difficulty, and who actually feel worse experiencing all the messages of " good cheer " of the December season. These services acknowledge that people sometimes just don't feel like celebrating if they're grieving, hurting, even despairing. Our LBDA blog has a new entry by Ginnie Burkholder called " Hurting and the Holidays. " To read it, just go to www.lewybodydementia.org, and click on " blog. " At the moment, hers is the first entry on our list. Ginnie and Barbara Hutchinson have both written many wonderful entries for our blog. Hugs to all, Florrie Munat LBDA blog editor __________________________________________________
