Hello

Hello everyone, I am way behind. I think it's great to see everyone

chatting about stuff other than what ails us, it certainly helps take the

mind off of things. Sometimes I read the posts and get discouraged thinking

" Will I get that? Will I feel like that? Do I really have THAT? " I mean

not to sound like I don't want to read the informative posts, I need to.

But it is very nice to go off topic, I enjoy it that way.

I did have to go to digest though, LOL, and as of today, Tuesday, I am

eleven digests behind, but I thought I'd pop in and let people know I exist,

and not a lurker/peeping tom.

I've been hurtin for the past few weeks. I think my headaches are from

sinuses and allergies, but my neck, shoulders, and down both arms has been

hurting. The insomnia seems worse every night, I have no idea why that is.

I seem to sleep deepest in the morning hours.

Christmas shopping is almost done, I spent three hours at amazon.com today,

so now my neck is MORE stiff than it was before! LOL But Amazon.com is

nothing but a headache on its own!

I think my husband and I will skip exchanging gifts again this year. It's

just too hard on our credit cards! We bought for the family but that is

all. I think we already spend enough on ourselves through out the year,

like the trip in Sept, and the furniture we bought a year ago that isn't

even paid for.

So far no Christmas blues. I had the birthday blues on the first, but I'm

glad it's over for another year. Last year I got the Christmas blues but

this year it's mostly fibro blues.

Does anyone have recommendations for insomnia? Have you ever tossed and

turned so much at night that you just feel like crying? My bed is just so

uncomfortable at times. I'd love one of those tempur pedic beds but they

are pure evil to price those suckers so high and they should know that

anyone who NEEDS those beds is probably flat broke from other expenses.

Ah well, such is life.

Anyway there's my ramble, update, and pop in. Hopefully I can read up on

the digests and catch up.
