Guest guest
Hi Everyone, The posts on hormones has been interesting. I have to be a little different than anyone else. I was just diagnosed with hyperparathyroidism. Say that 10 times. The thyroid has 4 hyperparathyroidism and at least one of mine has gone haywire. The results for my calcium levels went way high. We repeated them and they were still high. My primary has recommended I have surgery. From what I read, it is a 20 min procedure. I had finally talked myself into a colonoscopy and she ordered a bunch of labs prior. She cancelled the colonoscopy because I was too high risk. Then I had an eye appointment and I have a cataract. I've had glasses since I was 5, I will have both eyes done and will only need reading glasses I'm a little slow in responding. I can't see the well at all. I will eventually get back to you. Kathleen Diagnosed with CM/hydrocephalus 1990, decompression/shunt. Since diagnosed with craniocervical instability, Ehlers Danlos, and Tethered Cord Sydrome, surgery for everything but EDS since 1998. http://chiariconnectioninternational.com/
