I haven't seen any of them. Maybe I'll have to check that one out. We'll

see how long it takes me to fall over...lol Thanks :)

It does. Thank you :)

I got the whole message. I just highlighted what I was responding to, but it

doesn't look like it should have. Sorry :) When my aol mail goes to another

aol member, it stays just like I write it, but when it goes over the

internet, it seems to look crazy by the time it gets where it's going :) I

did read yours right though.

Back in July/August 2001 (my previous best run at Tae Bo....about 8 weeks I

think), I did the Advanced live tape a couple times. It was good fun and not

too hard for me as I was progressing towards advanced.

Hi,

I like the Advanced Live. It was easy to move from Get Ripped Basic I and II to

Advanced Live. GRB II has 12 minutes of floor work, Advanced Live has 18

minutes of floor work and it is in the middle of the workout, which helps. Some

people say it too easy. But I find that there is nothing easy about that tape.

Howbeit, I will admit it is easier than any other advanced tape that I have

seen. Hope this helps!

Best Advanced Tape?

I'd like to have an advanced tape or two on hand for days I feel like I

can/should do a little more than a basic tape & I'm wondering what everyone's

opinions are about the best ones? I used to have the first series advanced,

but I don't remember a lot about it & I have no idea where it's gone to :) I

looked on ebay & there were quite a few. Anyone have any favorites or ones

that seem to work best for them? TIA. ~Jenn

I was thinking today " This'll be so cool when it doesn't almost kill me " lol

That's how I'll know I'm getting better :)

holy smokes, it feels like 100 years since ive done that one... i dont even

remember any floorwork in it! duh.

right now im feeling a bit intimidated by the advanced workouts that i used

to do successfully but since im finding the GR basics to be on the easy

side, then i think that i will take you up on your recommendation and get

advanced live back out really soon! thanks!

yes hang in there jenn! floorwork definately gets easier the more you do it

:) i remember the first time that i did 'abs & glutes', i thought i was

gonna die... LOL. but after doing it regularly, like 3 times a week, i

eventually started to find it to be easy and a bit boring! imagine that!

so i stopped doing it for some time and now im back doing that workout once

a week and it is hard again.
