Guest guest
Hello, I do not think it is a silly question. It was and still is my concern. I spent more than a year wondering what is the defference between the two. I asked my reumatologist and the answer was that Still attacks more bones than other organs /similar to rheumatological arthritis but more aggressively/ and Lupus typically causes problems with the dysfunction of the internal organs like kidneys and liver for example. So the difference is very subtle. She recommends me to test regularly ANA (because I am diognised with Still and glomerulonephritis too, but my ANA tests are negative). That is how my reumatologist explained it to me.
