Guest guest
hi all, i can handle 2 of donna's list of people. jan has been staying with jim in the hospital. he was transferred from the hospital back to the nursing home. jan was really upset about that as she is going to visit her best friend Meredith, for this weekend. Meredith is having a big yearly christmas party and meredith andher daughter paid for jan;s flight there for her christmas present. she wrote sharyn, jims daughter , letting her know she is out of town for this weeekend. jan is of course worried that the nh wont turn jim every 2 hours like they did at the hosp to heal that bed sore. and to try to get him up and out of bed and walking a little. jim i s not wanting to eat, he is just holding it in his mouth. i told her, to enjoy herself this weekend that JIm giving Sharyn DPOA that he made his choice and he now is paying the price of it. I am hoping that jan is having a great time, and will worry and take care of jim when she gets home, not to let it ruin her weekend right now. As for me, the latest test results. I go back to Shands for a urologist appt and a gynecologist oncologist appointment on jan 9 . near my left kidney my lymph nodes and my renal aorta is dilated and is cuasingconcern. hopefully i will dfind out more jan 9. and my pelvic mass is back and i am hoping the gyn/oncol will come up witha nother plan to figure out how to get rid of this space taht collects fluid in my pelvis and keeps me in alot of pain. again jan 9 hopefully i will have some answers. other than that i am alive and functioning and having a hell of a hard time with some people in my league. sigh i wont bore you with theh dtails. this si sso aggravating . well good nite, happy holiday and love and hugs sharon m ---- Donna Mido wrote: I was thinking we haven't heard from Jan for a while. Just if you hear from someone. Especially with the many we have who might be ill or in the hospital. Imogene, it was good to see a few messages from you this week. That makes things are ok, if not better. And Sharon, we haven't been hearing a real lot from you, but I have seen a few messages, so you must be at least ok. Anyone else you can all think of? , let us know when you get into the Stages .. Hugs, Donna R Caregave for Mom (after I brought her from WI to MI) for 3 years and 4th year in a nh.
