Guest guest
To all pediatric PTs on list: Online IDEA Survey: PT Input Needed The Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) is conducting a nationwide survey of needs and issues related to improving results for students with disabilities served under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). The input OSEP receives from the survey will help to determine a new IDEA National Program and how OSEP spends its money. Input from physical therapists and families of children with whom they work is important to help shape OSEP's future directions in research and development, professional development, technical assistance, dissemination, family involvement, systems change, program improvement, and evaluation. The survey is on line at www.OSEPplanning.org and takes only a few minutes to complete. Please pass this message along to a physical therapy practitioners who are involved in provision of early intervention or special education related services under IDEA.
