Hi Ladies,

1. I used to be a big fan of Vit E for the last 20 years, especially arrhythmia conditions.

Since I've recently been eating 1/4-1/2 Avocado and 2 tbsp. Coconut oil (Omegas

and DHA per day against (my Osteo and Rheumatoid Arthritis and) a n y inflammation in

the body, I don't need Vit E anymore (which muscle testing confirms). Of course, I don't

know about the impact of Vit E on bleeding etc. Don't know what your Eat Fat" book says,

sounds like the same principle.

My sister's ND doc told her not to eat Vitamin E, because she told him she grows too much

chin and beard hairs.

2. I've read so often that larger amounts of Vitamin A should be taken in other forms

rather than straight "A", Beta Carotene has been recommended.

Cheereo,

But they said it took up to 90,000 iu of vitamin A! And it takes huge amounts of vitamin E too, although with both supplements, different women will need different amounts for the same results. That is why working with someone like Diane Petoskey, who knows how to help women calibrate the high doses to fit their needs AND TO GET THE RESULTS safely, is a good idea for anyone wanting to try these methods. The "Eat Fat" book is a fabulous book, I learned so much! I assume you have read it, Lynn? I found the paperback at the library, but the hardback came out last year, as I am sure you know. I will be discussing a lot from it on the LIve Right list in the near future, for it taught me so much as well as confirmed much of what I already knew."
