Guest guest Posted February 15, 2012 Report Share Posted February 15, 2012 For those of us who live in " the back woods " PLEASE tell me how would we go about getting COPIES of the lectures given by these experts at the fund raisers ??? I would certainly be willing to pay for them as they would go such a very long way in helping ME educate the LOCAL doctors I am having to deal with. I KNOW I am not alone in this situation or NEED !
