Donna My Dear,

You post whatever you are feeling whenever you are feeling it. We see NONE of it as complaining you are simply keeping wondering sister's and brothers informed. We care how you are feeling and what is going on!

As for sleep I have an old remedy that my Mother use to use on us. Stove or Microwave about a cup of milk with a teaspoon of butter or margerine and a few tspoons of SPLENDA since we are trying to stay away from sugar but you can use sugar! Heat it to not quite boiling! Milk when heated releases natural Moraphine! A lot of people don't know that. So even if you are hurting it's good for it. However it usually makes you sleepy! So hope if you try it you get some much needed rest!

Love & God Bless!

I appreciate your encouragement about my complaining. At least you

don't have to live with me and hear it ALL the time!

Thanks for the sleep remedy recipe. It's 6:15 a.m. now, and I'm

still not sleepy. The stock market opens in 15 minutes (Arizona

time), so I might as well wait a bit longer before I try the milk.

I've never liked hot milk (except for cocoa/hot chocolate), but I'll

give it a try. I suppose I can't put chocolate in it, huh, since

chocolate has caffeine?

Anita,

Hun you know what is funny I am the SAME way lactose intollerant BIG TIME! However there is something about when it is heated and releases the natural moraphine it does not upset me! I can drink a 1/2 cup of milk in any other form and it instantly clabbers on my stomach and comes right back up!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But heated with the butter and sugar it doesn't have this affect on me. So you might try just a little of it and test the waters it may not bother you either when it's heated!!!!!!!!! Who knows but it never hurts to try!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love & God Bless!
