To anyone in the Seattle area, I wanted to let you know that CSF is sponsoring a

Chiari Symposium on Friday, April 6, 2012. The topics include The Intersection

of Chiari and Fibromyalgia, The Difficult Headache and Principles of Treatment,

Pain Management in Chiari Syndromes, Tethered Cord & Spine Instabilty - How Do I

know if I have it?, and How Do I Know If My Surgery Failed? In addition,

physicians will be able to earn continuing education credits. These lectures

will be taped and available on the CSF website at a later date. Here is the
