I took the flu shot last year while on 6 mg of prednisone and again this year

while on 4 mg of prednisone with no problems.

I just had my flu shot and am on prednisone and Enbrel. You can take the

injection but not the nasal spray dose.

My RD INSISTS I have both the flu shot & another flu shot (Bird flu) and I

am both Kineret & Prednisone. I can vouch for it working, as I kept getting

stuck in the resort with the Flu every year until I started to have the flu

shots.

We were told yes my son is getting the shot now and is on 60mg prednisone and

rilonacept.

Hi there!

Prednisone is also an immunosuppressant...you will have a weak immune system

while on it.... so try to protect yourself as much as possible this flu season.

Flu vaccine is a definite yes...I've asked numerous doctors abt this, and they

highly recommended it.

I don't know what the magic shot is, but I got the flu shot last year and had

the worst flu of my life! Sorry Lin! love Elly

I also had flu vaccine shot on 10mg of prednisone and enbrel a few weeks ago. I

am doing well so far.
