Guest guest
I have been having problems with Triessent Mail order Pharmacy & Kineret shipments. The problem arises from them not including enough Cold Packs to keep the medication at proper temperature. For those of us that use Kineret and other drugs that must be maintained at specific temperatures, please pay attention to this. My observation arose back a few months ago when I received an order shipment that came in @ 59' F. I had contacted Biovitrum about getting the specific for transportation of this drug to relay on to Triessent. After relaying this information to the Pharmacy, I waited for my next month's order. Low and behold, they only put in 1 ice pack in the cooler and it came in at 74' F. I have since contacted BCBS-IL, Biovitrum and Triessent to work on getting this issue fixed. My point is to let this group know that we must watch the condition our precious medications come in so that they can work for us and not make up Flair. I pay good money to keep that Dragon in his dungeon, and don't want him out at all. I you need more information, please send me an email with a Phone and I will be happy to fill you in even more.
