After percolating on it a bit I thought it was kinda brilliant! For anyone interested looking into it more I think I first saw it on curezone but then there was a website for it. I am also not sure if this drink recipe has been updated since I recorded it in my file. ********************************************************************************\ ********** The Moreless Alkalizing Drink & #8232; & #8232; & #8232; Here's a great alkalizing drink that can help & #8232;remineralise you quickly and cheaply! & #8232; This is an amazing power packed, mineral and nutrient & #8232;dense drink that will not only help to alkalize you, but & #8232;will give you loads of electrically charged energy! It may & #8232; be taken 2-3 times a day as needed. & #8232; & #8232;Ingredients: & #8232; 1. 1 tablespoon of blackstrap molasses (it may be Unsulphured ) & #8232; & #8232; 2. Juice of half a lemon (OR 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar if you can't take citrus or get hold of lemons) & #8232; & #8232; 3. 1 + tablespoon pickling lime water (how to make pickling lime water : 1 tablespoon of pickling lime powder, aka calcium hydroxide, diluted in 1 gallon (=4 litre) of distilled water) *see safety notes below* & #8232; & #8232; 4. Small pinch of Epsom salts & #8232; & #8232; 5. Norwegian kelp powder 1 + teaspoons & #8232; & #8232; 6. 1 glass of clean water to mix it with & #8232; & #8232;*** you can take a lot MORE pickling lime water and " Kelp " & #8232; than is suggested above. Start slow and if things don't & #8232;improve, slowly build up. Some of us use up to 20 & #8232;tablespoons of pickling lime water and up to 2 & #8232;tablespoons of kelp powder each time *** & #8232; & #8232; & #8232; The chemical reaction between the acid in the lemon & #8232;juice and the alkaline minerals in the molasses releases & #8232;energy into the body and makes the minerals more & #8232; bioavailable .. & #8232; & #8232;Method: & #8232; *Dissolve the blackstrap molasses and epsom salts in & #8232;warm water (leave to cool if desired) & #8232; & #8232; *Add 1 (or more) tablespoons of pickling lime water & #8232; & #8232; *Add the lemon or ACV (I sometimes add both) Add these & #8232; only when the drink has cooled down, you don't want to & #8232; destroy the enzymes & #8232; & #8232; *Some people like to mix their kelp in with their drink, & #8232;some just put the kelp straight into their mouths & #8232;Special note on the kelp!: Most people find the taste & #8232; absolutely vile ? & #8232; & #8232;it may help to moisten it and your mouth first so you & #8232;don't gag! And drink! & #8232; & #8232; If you are chronically ill: I suggest you start with & #8232;with just a teaspoon of kelp and a tablespoon of the & #8232; pickling lime water along with all the other & #8232; ingredients. Over time, start building up on both those & #8232;ingredients until you can manage 2-3 teaspoons of kelp & #8232;and 2-4 tablespoons of the picking lime water in each & #8232; drink.
